Summary: Richard Comment: I did not like the idea that I had to spend $29.99 to add another 19 courses to my GPS. All the the courses should already be downloaded in the GPS. As is the case with other Garmin products. Had I known this before hand, I would have spent the extra dollars for another product.

Summary: Not that Great! Comment: I bought this Golflogix GPS to replace my Skycaddie brand. I thiough that it being made by Garmin would provide great accuracy and durability. The latter of which is the issue that I had with the Sky Caddie.
I received the unit in June. It died in 3 days during the second round. They sent another unit and I had to repurchase the membership fee to register but was refunded after a couple of calls.
I took the unit to one course where it tracked the 1st green throughout the round, whereever I was on the course.
Another course displayed the 1st green as 864 yards away from the tee box! The rest of the holes it was "out of range". A real embarrassment as my other partners had the Skycaddies working fine.
Yet another course displayed yardages that were so inaacurate, they were laughable. This unit is not ready for primtime.
Many call to customer service and tech support were worthless. No callback, unimformed tech personell and just general BS. The promised to refund my money and then would simply not respond to my request.
Mac software that was promised in August is still not available. I'm very dissappointed!!!

Summary: Disappointed Comment: When I first bought this product, it worked very well. Then I went to the site for updates and that is when things went down hill. I spend 18 holes on a regular basis searching for a damn sattelite. They sent me a new gps, I installed it and loaded the courses, still searching for a sattelite. One of the tech's had the nerve to suggest I cut it on and leave it outside all night! You gotta be kiddin' me. When it's working it is cool, but when it's bad, it's worse. I truly wish I could get my money back, because this is disappointing. I live in Jersey City, NJ and you suggest I leave it outside all night? ROFL, it aint even funny!

Summary: Not For The Mac Comment: This unit was purchased in Dec. 07. After 4 attempts on 4 different MAC computers( with 4 different units) I was able to download a course. Further attempts to download courses were unsuccessful, (on the same computer).
The GPS works very well on the one course I have, but is otherwise useless. I feel Golflogix software needs work.

Summary: Disappointed, at best! Comment: I received my GPS last Thursday, April, 24th, I took it to the golf course on Fri and Sat. To date it has not found a satellite. I emailed Garmin re the problem on Fri, the 25th. I have received an automated answer that my email was received but, nothing else. Now, I get to pay to ship it back. I am very disappointed. In order to submit this, I had to give the product a star, but that's not true, as I don't know, I can't turn it on
