Summary: gps
Comment: Product performed as advertised. I find that it has helped my game considerably especially where there is trouble over the green.

Summary: Good, but not Perfect!
Comment: The Golflogix GPS by Garmin 2007 model is a good product; however, there are issues such as: it goes through batteries like wild fire. Maybe 3 rounds on a pair of batteries, sometimes only 2 rounds. Rechargeable batteries a very good idea. Another issue is the time it takes to settle on a distance for your shot. The unit takes too much time to indicate the distance, meanwhile the rest of your group is waiting for you to take your shot--not really a time-saver. Also, my friend, standing next to me will have a markedly different distance on his Golflogix than I do--quite puzzling.

Summary: Nice for the price
Comment: This is not as good as your SG4 skycaddie, by a bit. In a side by side comparison, go for the Skycaddie, however, for the price, it definitely is a good buy. It lacks the intelligreen technology that is helpful with the skycaddie, and hazards do not display very well. However, for a basic distance, this GPS works very well. I found it to be very accurate on the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th rounds...not so much so on the 1st round though. I do recommend this product, but would definitely go with the Skycaddie next time around.

Summary: Course Management Tool
Comment: GolfLogix GPS by GARMIN (2007 Model)
Good for determining distance to front and back of greens; and fairway hazards. Not always accurate to center of green. Battery replacement needed after 3 rounds. However, this is a necessary component for attacking greens and playing fairways. Reasonable price for a golf GPS system.

Summary: Convenient, but lacking accuracy.
Comment: Used this about 10 times already on a couple of local courses.

Pros:
-Very convenient, finding out the yardages just takes a quick glance
-rugged waterproof casing
-good belt clip design, very secure

Cons:
-Relatively inaccurate. About 2 out of 18 holes will show very inaccurate readings. Eg, it would show 130 yards when clearly, the distance to the hole is only 75.
-Drifting readings. Not sure what the cause of this is, but after getting to the ball, the readings would slowly drift down or up, it could take at least 10 seconds for the readings to stabilize
-Poor battery life. I only get about 6-10 hours.
-Poor screen quality
-Lack of hazard information

The big killer was the inaccuracy. What use is a distance aid if you don't know when to trust it? Will be returning this for the bushell pinseeker 1500.
