Summary: Golflogix OK
Comment: The Garmin Golflogix worked just fine three times and then stopped working. The company says they will replace it, but that was a week ago and I have as yet to receive the replacement.

Summary: Easy use
Comment: Open and use. I have used the other product and it gives a little more info, but I still like the Garmin better. AA batteries don't wear out in the middle of a round, if the batteries run out just carry two AA batteries and you always have 8 more hours available. All info needed is there, just pops up when you get to your ball.

Summary: rough start-- ok now
Comment: The first unit i recieved was defective out of the box.Goflogix shipped me another one and this unit works fine.Very easy to use and makes play faster, but does not factor in the slope u have to do that your self.

Summary: Not too shabby
Comment: i've been using this for about 3 weeks. the only complaint that i have to date is the battery drain. regular generic aslkaline batteries do seem to drain rather quickly. this may be partly due to the fact that i bought some discount batteries.

as for operation and yardage readings, i have absolutely no complaints. it's great to have one on my belt for an entire round.

Summary: Solid Buy, Very Functional
Comment: Very good GPS unit. Worry proof and easy to use. Shock proof and water proof. Yardage is accurate within 3 to 5 yards. Really helped me with scoring, no longer had to wonder if I was hitting the right club. Only one drawback: If your looking for a device that has a picture of the hole and green on screen with yardage to the front and back of fairway bunkers and other hazards this is not the unit for you. You might want to pay the extra cash and and get one of the more expensive units. If your just looking for straight yardage and a dummy proof unit, save the money and buy this one. It is excellent!!!
