Comment: The Nav-Mat is awesome. I was a little skeptical when i ordered it, but not anymore. I tend to drive pretty fast and this thing has not moved at all. The best thing about it is you can place it anywhere on your dash so it is flexible for the driver.

Also, no need for a dash mount adhesive plate or to obstruct your view with it stuck to the windshield. I use it with my TomTom One and I couldn't be happier. I highly reccomend this item if you are looking for a dash mount alternative that offers a ton of flexibilty.

Comment: I picked up this item for my new TOMTOM GPS. Contrary to what the other reviewer mentioned - it is heavy - and it will not slide during driving - and it is made extremely well. I am actually going to pick up another one for my SIRIUS satellite radio.

I drive 50,000 miles a year - and I can't tell you the number of times that these windshield mount suction devices fail - and the GPS and/or satellite radio comes crashing down to the floor of the vehicle. NOT ANYMORE WITH THIS DEVICE......problem solved.

Don't hesitate - this is a fantastic product at a great price - and AMAZON is amzing as always !

Comment: If you do not want to mount your GPS Portable Navigator system on the windshield, then this Nav-Mat friction dash pad is the way to go. It is easy to set up; the unit mounts easily; and when you leave the car, it is easily removable.
