Summary: It does its job
Comment: I got this to use with my Garmin because I didn't want to stick the adhesive disk on my dash. The friction mount is perfect because I can move it between vehicles. The non skid bottom really holds it in place. One thing about it...the disk in the middle sits down below the "beanbag" outside ring...the windshield mount that came with my GPS is pretty short, so the bottom of the GPS almost sits on top of the beanbag, to the point of almost interferring. But it is fine, and does exactly what I need it to do!

Summary: Exceeds my expectations
Comment: This is a great, high quality product that does everything promised. Stays where you put it, no matter what sort of driving you do. Easy to grab the whole thing to bring in at night or move to another vehicle. Doesn't leave marks on the dashboard.

Summary: Must Have GPS Product
Comment: This product is so good I no longer even use the suction mount that came with my GPS unit. It makes it so easy to take my GPS from vehical to vehical that I plan to buy another one for other items that I have.

Summary: Friction mat for GPS
Comment: I love the friction mat for my GPS. It is perfect size, you never have to worry about it slipping off the dashboard. I highly recommend it.

Summary: Good choice
Comment: The previous reviews on this product were very helpful. I had been advised against this purchase but made the purchase on the basis of the reviews. On a recent trip it worked fine. It does not move; there's nothing sticky to tarnish the dash; it gives me a lower, more direct eye level view than having the GPS unit mounted on the windshield (I'm short). I have been using the pad in a Mazda 5; it sits just to my right on the dash (not a completely flat surface but it molds itself somewhat). It allows use of the GPS unit in a manner that does not obstruct anything I need to see.
